Position Overview :
- The client is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall marketing and branding activities.
- The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in FMCG branding and possess strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, developing pricing strategies, managing packaging design, conducting market research, and promoting the brand through various channels.
Key Deliverables :
Execute marketing strategies: Work closely with the leadership team to execute marketing plans and ensure the effective implementation of brand strategies.
Pricing strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while considering market dynamics and customer demand.
Packaging design: Lead the design process for packaging, including selecting colours, shapes, and other visual elements. Obtain necessary approvals from the leadership team before implementing changes.
Brand management: Control and maintain the brand image and reputation. Prepare spreadsheets and forecasts to track brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Market research: Conduct market research to gather insights and trends, analyze consumer behaviour, and provide recommendations to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the product development team: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and provide guidance on product enhancements and launches.
Brand promotion and advertising: Develop and execute brand promotion campaigns across various channels, including traditional and digital platforms.
Social media marketing: Drive the brand's presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Competition benchmarking: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends, providing regular updates and recommendations to stay competitive.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Graduate + MBA from a second-level institute or equivalent qualification.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in FMCG branding, with a strong understanding of marketing, research, and agency coordination.
- Candidates from dairy companies, competitors, or MNCs may not apply.
Required skills and competencies :
- Proficient in digital tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent coordination skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving set objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and an understanding of market trends.
