Role / Position Title : Brand Manager

Position Summary :
Overall Job Responsibilities :
- Formulate marketing plans in line with the marketing strategy.
- Monitor Brand health, Brand performance in line with Marketing plan Execute the brand marketing plans in line with business requirements
New Product Development :
- Assist Head of marketing on assigned NPD projects and own the new product development cycle Execution excellence to deliver the NPD on time
Agency Management :
- Conceptualize and initiate relevant market researches.
- Initiates relevant briefs to the creative & media agencies for creation & execution of brand communication as per agreed brand plans.
- Effective and efficient brand activities development and implementation to achieve business objectives
Go to Market :
- Design and develop the Trade collaterals to help build the brand in trade and support key launches Develop high quality and innovative solutions for launches
Education :
- MBA (Full Time and with Marketing Specialization) and Graduate in any discipline
- Experience Minimum 5-8 years
- Experience in FMCG, with hands-on exposure to NPD, New Launches, Consumer Research, Communication Development, digital and Brand Activations.
- At least 1-year Brand Manager experience is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) :
- Media relations, Marketing Strategy, Branding, Sales, Consumer Behaviour, Customer focus, Cost focus.
- Leadership / Managerial Attributes
- Planning & organizing, Communication & networking, Creative, Analytical ability, Proactive, Result oriented
