- % Achievement on Target - Top Line, Bottom Line
- Timely delivery of NPD Projects
- NPD Pipeline / Stage Gate Milestones
- Brand Health Indicators
- Marketing Execution related KPI (SLA Ahderance, Effectiveness of Spend)
- Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
- Identify opportunities in Horeca, QSRs and Key Accounts
- Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders
- Lead new product development/customization work for HoReCa segment in coordination with cross functional teams especially R&D team
- Ideate & contribute to planning of ongoing projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
- Drive on ground execution with Sales function and other key stakeholders & track success parameters
- Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing
