Job Title : Brand Manager

Location : Delhi/ncr

Company : One Of The Largest Fmcg Company In The World

Job Purpose :

- Manage this brand's Launch for the company and establish it as 2nd pillar of value share growth along with Extensions

- Develop the brand along agreed business and category priorities through the implementation of annual marketing plans. Through these plans build the equity of The brand.

- Manage the day to day activities of implementing marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Commission relevant research on consumer, shopper and expert insights and NPD opportunity

- Develop launch plan of The brand range in India and ensure key KPI delivery

- Liaise with Sales, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain and other relevant functions to manage The brand launch and NPD plan

- Prepare and manage agreed brand advertising and promotional budgets to achieve brand aspirations. Highlight risks, recommend and manage corrective action where appropriate.

- Ensure development of media plans for managed brands as per agreed media strategy keeping in mind Target Audience, Reach & Frequency targets.

- Evaluate market information and competitor activity and recommend responsive action where necessary.

- Communication development and brand re stage. to drive long term equity as well as oversee product improvements.

- As this segment/brand extension/brand is totally new to the company there will be a lot of new learning's that need to be imbibed from category team as well as through consumer, trade and expert interactions and category and competitor analyses. Typical problems that can be foreseen is the initial hiccups post launch of the brand and also develop a 5-year NPD vision board for the brand

Qualifications :

- MBA Batch of 2009- 2010,5+ yrs experience

- Should have experience in Brand and Marketing with an FMCG company

- Top rated Brand Manager, managing NPD launches, Market research, ATL advertising and Media planning. Experience in managing complex projects preferred

- High energy level, high resilience to challenge and overcome obstacles and setbacks

- Ability to work in ambiguous circumstances and ability to lead a cross-functional team who do not directly report to this role.
