Role objective : The incumbent will be responsible for marketing initiatives for a leading FMCG company For Smoothix and Muesli. As we propel to the next level of growth, there is a need to propagate the brand story to the consumers in an accelerated and strategic manner.
Looking for Brand Manager for Bangalore.
You need to have:
- 3 - 4 years' experience in the FMCG industry.
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1/Tier 2 college
- Need to be from the industries like food, lifestyle, fashion, or sports
- Sound knowledge in Marketing research, Brand Management, competitive analysis and Digital Marketing
- Hands on experience in Sales preferably FMCG experience.
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities include :
- Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer, competition, category, and trade channels
- Visualize the benefits of strategic partnerships and ensure smooth closure of the alliances
- Lead the execution of the Brand Tasks across PR, Digital, Activation & ATL
- Track Brand Performance
- Lead Consumer interactions
- Chart out & support our GTM efforts
- Liaison with the design team for Packaging & Retail element Design
- Manage the P & L of the brand
- Work with the sales team and drive the top line
- Understand and draw analysis from market reports
- Drive research initiatives for the brand
