About our Client: Our client is one of the global majors in foods and have a mid sized set up as of now in the Indian market. They are growing at an exceptional rate in the Indian market across all channels and have been launching new products in the market as well. They are looking for a Brand Manager to spearhead their leading product category in the market.
Job Description: Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Building marketing strategy to make brand equity stronger & grow market share
- Evaluate and track brand performance and brand health and communicate the progress to key stake holders
- Refining the existing brand communication
- Developing and evaluating consumer promotion activities
- Managing the budgets against marketing activities to ensure compliance with spend forecasting
The Successful Candidate:
- You should be an MBA with at least 4 years of experience in brand management with a major FMCG organization, preferably in foods.
- An ideal candidate should have worked on a premium brand and have the ability to think out of the box.
- You should have excellent communication skills and have the ability of scaling up your product category in the market, in order to contribute to the company's double digit growth.
