- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities on the brand
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of consumer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products as applicable
- Expand and develop marketing platforms
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities with results
- Deliver marketing activities within agreed budgets
- Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Mfg/QA, Logistics, Purchase, Commercial, Finance Depts
- Monitor Industry best practices
- External: ATL agency's like Ad Agency, Media Agency, Vendors, BTL Agencies etc.
Experience: 4 + years of experience in FMCG Marketing (Preferably in Confectionary / Food)
Education: Any degree with full time MBA in Marketing from Reputed B-School
Salary range: 6 - 12 LPA
