- The client is a disruptive, modern, and functional oral care brand for consumers in India and globally. Their idea is to elevate the oral care experiences of the consumers with their clean & effective products and educate people about how they can improve their oral health.
- The client is a unique and innovative digital-first brand that is disrupting the oral care category. Launched in August 2021, the brand has grown 25 times in scale over the last 12 months. They are building holistic oral care solutions to elevate everyday oral care for Indian consumers.
- They have raised a seed round of capital in June 2022 and is backed by marquee investors like Sauce.vc, Lotus Herbals Family Office, Shiprocket Ventures, and celebrated entrepreneurs.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that will enable in building a loved consumer brand.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, competitors, market trends, and industry insights to inform brand positioning and messaging. Conceptualize and execute brand marketing campaigns across various channels - Instagram, youtube, offline, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - revenue, product development, customer experience, and design, to understand business objectives and pain points and accordingly address them.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
- Build and lead a team of marketers, including setting performance goals and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objective
Qualification and Experience :
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods or D2C space
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and increase brand equity.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team of marketers.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
