Brand Manager - FMCG
Key Responsibilities :
1. Growth planning :
- Own and lead the P&L and growth agenda for the brand: develop market strategies to gain share, develop category and achieve top and bottom line targets, including tracking peer and industry trends
2. Integrated Marketing Communication :
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns and media strategies across platforms like television, digital, mobile and print
3. Brand building :
- Partner with the Trade Marketing team on multi-local plans to increase brand salience and footprint. Monitor and execute on-ground activations, critical for category development
4. Consumer research :
- Initiate research for concept testing, post-launch creative recall, and product efficacy dipsticks to develop targeted initiatives
5. New product development
- Develop and execute business plans for new product development
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to manage the innovation funnel
Key Skills :
- Innovation mindset and agile thinking to leverage emerging technologies
- Whole brained approach: ability to analyse data and beyond to identify trends to leverage for more impactful marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiation and communications skills to manage cross-functional projects; high on energy and driven
- Result oriented and driven on execution excellence, with a strong analytical mind-set Education
- Master of Business Administration in Sales & Marketing Experience
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 1 stint in Sales (General Trade) and 1 stint in Marketing in FMCG
