Job Description
Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Mumbai
Division: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job purpose:
- To be responsible for Brand Management and driving and leveraging Kaya’s Loyalty program to drive better repeat rate
Primary responsibilities:
- Consumer In sighting & Research
- Competition monitoring
- Conceptualization & execution of marketing campaigns including ATL and BTL. This will include marketing strategy formulation, marketing mix and communication development, media planning, marketing activation, and other marketing innovations
- Agency Handling
- Conceptualization and execution of Loyalty program and its activities
- Driving specific activities to grow consumer behavior metrics such as retention and frequency of purchase
- Budget control
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
1. Revenue Growth in Key categories handled
2. Loyalty revenue
3. Growing key metrics such as retention & frequency

- Preferably some experience in handling digital marketing/ social media

Qualification: Post Graduate
