Our Client is one of the most loved and renowned FMCG brands globally. With its expanding presence in India, currently they are looking for individuals to grow their global brands in the country. For the same, they are looking to hire a Brand Manager, based in Mumbai.
Job Description:
- Marketing and Business Planning: Develops consumer and customer insight-driven brand marketing strategies, which lead to superior marketing programs to deliver the target brand sales, profit, share and consumer KPI growth results. Builds long and short term brand portfolio growth plans to achieve the brand growth targets. Translates the country marketing strategies and priorities into brand strategies and business plans that match with the company capabilities
- Marketing Execution Leadership and Management: Leads development and implementation of annual brand marketing plans innovation and packaging initiatives to achieve the target sales, profit, share and consumer KPI results.
Drive marketing execution excellence in the following:
- Concepts: develops, qualifies and implements insight-driven marketing ideas, concepts and innovations across all aspects of marketing mix;
- Brand portfolio management
- develops optimal brands’ pack type, price and channel portfolio to meet consumer segmentation needs while achieving the profitability goals;
- Product/packaging innovations
- builds and drives the continuous stream of product and packaging innovations to achieve sustainable growth for the brands;
- Advertising and Media
- works with SMM for deployment of superior consumer communications across all ATL and BTL advertising and media
- drives superior in store merchandising, sampling and promotion programs to build winning in store impact and consumer off-take
- work closely with Senior Marketing Manager in managing the advertising, media, PR, and promotion agencies to derive superior business results
The Successful Applicant:
- The successful applicant will have at least 3-5 years working experience in managerial roles in marketing departments in international FMCG companies, and/or advertising agencies, and/or consulting firms
- The incumbent will also have strong marketing experience in managing one or more product categories with multiple brands.
