Job Description - Reporting to Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic development of short and long term marketing objectives
- Managing product development and product innovation
- Developing and implementing brand communication, activation, media plans and PR initiatives
- Achieving top-line and bottom-line targets and increasing brand market share
- Strengthening of brand equity
- Working in close relationship with trade marketing team to roll-out brand initiatives
- Efficient utilization of brand support activities budgets
The Successful Candidate - You are a MBA from premier institute with 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience in FMCG vertical. An experience in personal care will be preferred. You have good understanding of brand and product management, brand communication and promotions, customer segmentation and market research.
