Brand Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the assigned brand by :
a. Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand
b. Aiding on conceptualization & set up of a product pipeline for future (NPD)
Key Deliverables :
- Net Revenue
- Value Market Share
- Gross Contribution Target
- NPD Pipeline / Stage Gate Milestones
- Brand Health Indicators
Key Activities :- Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
- Ideate & contribute to planning of on going projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
- Co-ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan
- Drive on ground execution with Sales function & track success parameters
- Track Brand Health regularly & highlight information of relevance to upcoming / future work on the brand
- Aid Category Head in the preparation of the Annual budget
- Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing
Key Interactions :- On alignment of monthly / quarterly / annual plans for the brand
- Time to time driving of back end actions basis business plan
- Coordination for planned production / changes / additional business ask & its timely delivery
- Approvals & payments to direct vendors
