Role : Brand Manager
Location : Chennai
Education : MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institution
Experience : 2- 4 Years of Experience in FMCG Brand Management
Language preference : Hindi (Mandatory) & English
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning & Execution of ATL & BTL activities
- Coordinate with Advertising Agencies, PR agencies, Event Managers and Vendors
- Support Product Managers to design and communicate New product launches, Price schemes, Customer loyalty programs, Visual merchandise
- Responsible for advertising budget management
- Support Regional Promotional initiatives
- Drive Database Market research & Market Intelligence
- Constant tracking of competitor activities through market visits & market intelligence.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Regular MBA with Marketing specialization
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Brand Management in FMCG Industries (preferably Personal care/Homecare )
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of FMCG products and FMCG markets
- Should have handled Creative agencies, Media agencies and digital agencies.
- Well-versed in planning and organizing marketing activities
- Adept at tracking competitor activities and identifying suitable strategies to protect and grow market share
- Good at creativity / resourcefulness.
