Key Deliverables:

Theme of the Role:

- Sr Brand Manager for a strong, well-established and growing FMCG organisation

Key Deliverables - Developing marketing strategy for the product portfolio

- Driving business topline and bottom-line

- Driving end-to-end New Product Development processes

- Create strategy and driving execution of Go-to-market Strategy

- Developing communications (digital and other media) for Hair care/ Skin Care product categories

- Developing and driving in-market activations for brand building on active product portfolios, in coordination with brand activation team

- Liaise with in-house cross functional teams and external (creative/media/digital) agencies to deliver on the above-mentioned tasks

Competencies -'Must have'

- Deep Brand (product) management experience in the FMCG sector

- In-depth understanding and experience of NPD process in FMCG sector

- Deep experience in creating strategy and driving execution of communication creatives and media plans, in coordination with creative and media agencies

- Sound understanding of product costing/margin structure

- Sound understanding of consumer/market research and their analysis

- Sound knowledge of digital and performance marketing

Competencies "Wants" - Digital Marketing and performance marketing experience

Critical personality attributes - Solution mindset that works around problems

- Sound analytical strengths. Utmost comfort in working with numbers for marketing analysis.

- Deep enthusiasm to learn new things
