Role Overview:


We're looking for a Brand Manager with a strong digital-first approach to lead brand strategy, storytelling, design aesthetics, and consumer engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Narrative & Identity - Define and manage the brand's voice, visual aesthetics, and positioning.

- Digital & Social Media Strategy - Lead content, influencer marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

- Design & Packaging - Oversee packaging redesign, ensuring alignment with brand themes, fonts, and color psychology.

- Consumer Engagement - Build a strong digital presence and brand community.

- Market Insights & Communication - Optimize brand messaging based on consumer trends and analytics.

Requirements:

Experience: 4-8 years in digital brand management (beauty, personal care, or FMCG preferred).

Skills: Strong understanding of design, branding, digital marketing, and UI/UX trends.

Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
