We are looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead Beverage category. In this role, you will drive brand growth by crafting and executing strategies, with a strong focus on market expansion, consumer connection, and brand differentiation, your work will play a key role in developing brand's unique identity and fostering loyalty in this high-growth segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development and Positioning:

- Shape the brand's unique identity by highlighting the health benefits and natural qualities of the product, positioning it as a premium choice within the beverage sector.

- Develop impactful brand messaging that communicates quality and health benefits consistently across all channels.

Category Growth Strategy:

- Develop and implement a growth strategy to expand the product category, extending the brand's footprint in urban and tier-II markets.

- Analyze consumer insights to fine-tune product offerings, optimize pricing, and tailor promotions to specific market segments.

Marketing Campaigns and Activation:

- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost consumer awareness and engagement with the product benefits.

- Coordinate digital, social media, influencer, and in-store marketing efforts to build strong brand awareness and consumer loyalty.

Product Innovation:

- Partner with R&D to explore new flavors, special editions, and packaging innovations that resonate with premium market expectations.

- Ensure that all new products meet high quality standards that appeal to health-conscious and premium-focused consumers.

Budget and Financial Management:

- Manage brand budget effectively to maximize returns across campaigns and strategic initiatives.

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze financial metrics to inform future strategies and investment in high-growth areas.

Sales and Distribution Support:

- Work closely with the sales team to enhance brand visibility and accessibility across premium retail and e-commerce channels.

- Optimize distribution strategies to ensure consistent product availability in key regions.

Consumer Insights and Market Analysis:

- Continuously monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the category.

- Gather and analyze consumer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA or advanced certification in marketing is a plus.

- Experience: 5-8 years in brand management, ideally in FMCG, dairy, or beverage sectors, with experience in premium or health-oriented products.

Skills:

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a results-focused approach.

- Proven experience with digital marketing, influencer strategies, and full campaign management.
