- Managing agency and production house partners to ensure creation of high quality, on-brand collateral

- Guiding, motivating and managing the in-house Brand Design team to create high quality, on-time output

- Working closely with Product Marketing Managers to ensure a balance of fulfilling tactical requirements and keeping the brand's strategic, long term direction in place is maintained

- Being the brand custodian at every touchpoint, working closely with the PR, Strategy & Insights, and Digital/Performance Marketing teams

- Working with the People & Culture org in developing brand collateral to build employer brand equity

Must-Have :

- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience at top advertising agencies creating 360degree marketing collateral involving both external PH's and internal creative teams

- 1-2 years experience at high-paced, high-growth startups

- Formal education in the marketing domain

Measure of Success :

- Brand equity metrics for customers

- Brand equity metrics for existing and potential employees

- Engagement metrics for both the above stakeholders

- Decoding the business problem into a brand problem, and subsequently into a creative problem
