Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Branding & Marketing Head to join our team at ANNY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and maximize sales. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can lead a team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across various channels. The Candidate will be directly reporting to the founders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Lead the branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website, and advertising materials.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Prior experience in Fashion & Lifestyle brands will be a plus point.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand building initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
CTC for this role: Upto 36L
Preferences: Female Candidates, background in working with early stage D2C startups will be a brownie point.
