Hiring for an Fashion eCommerce startup.
- Managing up to 10 retail brands on the platform and being accountable for day to day operations.
- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with the brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations.
- Overseeing the on boarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround.
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth.
- Working with the Insights team to monitor brand's performance, devise ways to bridge gaps to drive growth and send regular communications to the brand.
- Working with the brand's as well as internal marketing team to strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio.
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand's P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision making.
