About our Client : Our client is one of the most iconic Indian Fashion brands with a rich history of providing excellent quality Indian wear. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space and are recognized for their innovative designs. They are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are looking at hiring a Brand Manager, based out of their corporate HQ in Gurgaon.

Job Description: Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the P&L for the brand (focusing on the production, design, merchandising, pricing, sales, operations etc)

- Developing an overall brand plan which is in line with overall company objectives, and working with internal stakeholders to achieve the targets for the brand

- Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, and develop brand strategies based on this

- Developing marketing strategies for the brand and ensuring that it is represented in the ideal manner across all channels

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a post graduate with around 8 years of experience in product/brand management roles in the retail industry.

- Prior experience of working in the fashion/apparel/accessories business would be preferred.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a hands on approach towards his/her work.
