- Directs the evaluation of Brand portfolio including Brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for the Organization.
- Develop and Execute brand activation plan consisting of ATL / BTL / consumer activation campaigns, new product launches, digital marketing initiatives, in-store promotions etc. across all channels (GT, MT, E-Commerce and exports) in coordination with category head
- Liaison with media agencies to drive effective campaigns ensuring desired ROI is achieved against planned marketing spends
- Build brands across channels e.g. GT, MT, ECOMM & Direct to Consumer
- Collaborate with packaging and graphics design team to ensure upgradation of packaging and graphic design standards, if required Develop and execute brand plans for identified products in line with overall organization's marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Ensure success of new product launches through effective project management and branding strategies
- Recommend and manage all brand activity to ensure fit with brand strategy and corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate with formal market research agencies to scan the market environment and understand consumer needs
