Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
- Engage different digital media to generate website traffic and email lead nurturing
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Envisioning and executing digital marketing campaigns with creative writers and designers
- Choosing appropriate channel of 3rd party advertising
- Analyse various performance metrics for budgeting, performance improvement and generating business insights
- Collaborating across different channels of digital marketing for multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Analyse data to gather insights for new marketing campaigns
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3-8 years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing into eCommerce domain
- Understanding of SEO / SEM / AdWords / GDN along with core in-bound marketing principles
- High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced excel
- Strong conceptual understanding of digital metrics or sampling or normalization methodology
- High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, content marketing and content analysis
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
