Position : Brand Manager - Digital Marketing for Consumer Durables
Location : Delhi
a) Key Objectives:
1. Understand and develop the attributes of brand
2. Create an awareness for consumer products in HH segment
3. Work with a creative agency to develop communication about the key propositions of products
4. Keep a track of aided and unaided awareness of the brand and build ways to enhance
5. Work with a com agency to create a promotion plan, both above the line and below the line and execute
6. Develop a 4P plan for each product and execute to maximize the returns
7. B2C Business
b) Major Deliverables:
1. Awareness levels for the brand - TOM and aided
2. Optimization of the marketing spend through innovative vehicle selection - Digital will be a key component
3. Margin management through pricing and marketing investments
4. Key consumer insights through research and direct reach
5. Marketing campaigns to aid volume and value achievement
6. Should have good digital and B2C Marketing experience.
c) Reporting to Head - consumer business
