Brand Manager - Deodorant/FMCG

We are looking for Brand Manager :- Deodorant with one of the leading FMCG - Cosmetic Company.

Location Mumbai

Experience - 6 to 16 Years (Candidate has to be from a background of deodorant)

CTC - Upto - 18.00 L.P.A

1. To promote, position and market existing brands.

2. Take care of brand building, marketing strategy,

3. To initiate, execute and monitor, marketing activities related to brands available

4. Internal (ERP) and external (Nielsen) sales data analysis for brands handled.

5. Development of relevant and differentiated concepts, testing the same via research and creation of brand
personality and imagery for the brand.

6. Lead the integrated marketing strategy for the brand and guide the advertising agency to think strategically and focus on developing consumer relevant advertising. Drive agencies to develop new creative campaigns.

7. Setting the stage for national launch via test marketing the marketing mix initially after finalization of pack, SKU mix, pricing after coordination with R & D, packaging & finance departments.

8. Test marketing with rigorous BTL activities and conducting post launch evaluation research to measure and evaluate marketing mix.

9. Devise, coordinate and implement the complete brand portfolio & business strategy. Setting up of a marketing framework in the organization.

10. Develop strategic pricing & promotions in response to market trends and consumer insights

11. Develop Innovative packaging and merchandising to aid visibility in retail and modern trade

12. Candidate has to have conducted lot of trade marketing activities for deodorant

13. Candidate has to be from a background of deodorant handling ( both male / female is ok)
