We are hiring for a well established, well funded and fast paced growing food company brand that believes in the innovation of delivering food products in its fresh form.

They started their food journey with a wide range of Indian and exotic spices in 2018.

Location : Mumbai (BKC)

Position : Brand Manager (Positioning & Customer Insight)

Role Overview:

1. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the brand image, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

2. This role involves market research, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the brand's vision is effectively communicated across all channels

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

1. Define and implement the brand strategy in alignment with business objectives.

2. Identify target audiences and develop positioning strategies.

Market Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

2. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand performance.

Campaign Management:

1. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).

2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visual identity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

2. Partner with external agencies and vendors for promotional activities.

Performance Measurement:

1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand health and campaign effectiveness.

2. Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Brand Advocacy:

1. Foster brand loyalty and advocate for the brand internally and externally.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience in brand management or a related role.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy.

- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
