Brand Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The D2C Beauty Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty brand.
- This individual will lead the development and execution of the brand's marketing and sales strategies, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the D2C channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the D2C beauty brand, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the D2C channel, including website maintenance, order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management
- Analyze customer data and trends to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure a cohesive brand message and product offering
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the D2C channel
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or beauty industry marketing and sales
- Proven track record of driving D2C sales and customer acquisition
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g. Shopify, Google Analytics)
- Experience working with influencers and developing influencer partnerships
- Bachelor's degree/P.G in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
