- Take ownership of implementing comprehensive content strategies to enhance the company's digital presence.
- Supervise and ensure the implementation of quality content strategies across multiple brands and platforms.
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the skincare industry.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote skincare products and attract new customers.
- Ensure all the marketing collaterals follows brand guidelines, tonality, language and colour.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Develop and manage compelling product descriptions and promotional content for various online marketplaces to drive sales and enhance visibility.
- Manage and optimize website content to reflect promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and overal marketing strategies.
- Analyze audience data and interactions to refine content strategies and ensure our messaging resonates with our target market.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in content creation and copywriting, with a preference for experience in a D2C brand, the beauty industry, or an ad agency.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketplace content, website management, social media strategies and marketing copy.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in managing online retail platforms and e-commerce channels.
