About the Company -
Our client is one of the first movers in the Indian craft brewery space, was set up by a team - of young brewers they aim to have a good variety and good quality in the overall beer market. They have launched different sets of beer in the market targeting the youth in the urban India.
The role reports into the founder of the company and you would be responsible for -
- The role involves taking care of the entire gamut of brand management activities -
- Working towards 360 degree marketing for the brand across ATL, BTL and digital marketing
- Understanding your target audience and craft marketing strategies suited to capture their attention and create stickiness and virality for your brand
A passion for craft beers would certainly help, but is not necessary - more important is being able to visualise the brand at all potential touchpoints and creating a buzz around the same.

1. You have 4-8 years of brand management experience in lifestyle brands
2. You understand the audience for craft beers and are familiar with the market for the same
3. You have experience across ATL, BTL, digital marketing, agency handling and social media marketing, including partnerships
4. You are able to display campaigns that you have worked on in the past with a similar target audience
An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
