Brand Manager (2-5 yrs)
The incumbent would be managing the brands portfolio for the Consumer Healthcare Business & would be responsible for its overall health and marketing capabilities Pan - India.
Qualification : Full Time MBA(Marketing) from top & tier 1 institutes.

Role Title : Brand Manager
Reporting to : Marketing Lead (Head), CHC
Stakeholders :
Internal : Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Medico marketing (Branded Generics Business), Product Teams, Sales & Marketing Teams (Consumer Healthcare Business)
External : Creative, Digital, Media & Activation agencies
Areas Of Responsibility :
Strategy & Planning :
- Develop strategies and innovation master plans for Consumer Healthcare Business portfolio/category in line with Company Business objectives.
Brand/Category Management :
- Define and drive brand management, media planning and market research planning, execution and review processes
- Supervise Brand management, Media Planning and Market research initiatives for facilitating delivery
- Drive the use of advanced digital/social media marketing tools
Brand P&L :
- Manage investment levels and allocation of spends by category and brands
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and deliver market-share, gross-margin and financial targets for each brand
Liaise with external agencies :
- Drive the selection of the creative, digital, media and activation agencies and manage them for branding initiatives.
Key Deliverable :
- Drive the - Sales growth- and - Market Share- for category/brand portfolio and ensure profitability.
- Drive the - Brand equity- for the category/brand portfolio.
- Build the marketing capabilities among the marketing team.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Robust experience in FMCG and/or Consumer Healthcare marketing; extensive experience in consumer goods industry would be preferred.
- A dynamic and result oriented marketing professional with proven prior experience of launching - new products
- Prior proven experience in identifying actionable consumer insights is a must
- Prior - hands-on experience- of working in television commercials (minimum 3 - 4 commercials), managing media agencies and media plans, running effective digital campaigns is a must.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams viz. advertising, product, communication teams etc.
- Prior experience with managing multiple touch points viz. digital/print media/radio etc.
- Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- A dynamic go-getter with excellent analytical skills and with a proven ability to think on his feet.
