The client is an international service provider of diagnostic and related healthcare tests. Headquartered out of Delhi, the company offers a broad range of tests on blood, urine and other human body viscera. They are present in 800 cities with 2,000 collection centres, catering to around 10 million patients a year
In 2013, they was awarded Best Diagnostic Service Company by VC Circle for creating brand with scale in a fragmented market !
Description :
The position will be responsible for -
- Supporting the Commercial team with consumer insights
- Lead in executing new product launches, including research, product development, packaging, design & consumer activation
- Work with cross functional teams to lead disruptive growth strategies in target market
- Drive consumer understanding for overall brand as well as the portfolio categories
- Lead Annual Operating Plan for Marketing on portfolio categories
- Manage budget and PnL drivers for the category
- Participating in Demand Planning and S&OP processes
- Ensuring execution of Offline & Online Marketing Campaigns for the product portfolio
Profile:
The candidate must have the following:
- A master's degree in business administration, with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Brand/ Product Management
- Has an innovative mindset and ability to work in a dynamic work environment
