An aggregator of car rentals and point-to-point cab services. Its marketplace for all types of cabs and car rentals. It's very simple: You enter your city and your need. We search the available inventory of our partners and provide you with a list of results and prices of different available cars from different operators.

Job Profile :

Position Title: Brand Manager

Reports To: GM: Marketing

Location: Mumbai

About Role:

- Build the brand and seamlessly take the brand promise across all consumer touch points.

- Deliver cutting edge marketing programs to drive affinity with the brand.

- Drive business of the brand and deliver on sales and transaction targets.

Job Description:

1. Ensure successful launch of brand across various cities in India.

2. Executing campaigns to manage brand salience across the globe via TV / Radio / Print, Ground, Internet / Mobile communication.

3. Driving high consumer visibility for the brand / business line via PR across newspaper / magazine / electronic media, in line with positioning guidelines

4. Implementing marketing transformations across key business processes / practices to drive business growth and consumer satisfaction.

5. Driving strategic relationships with marketing partners to deliver breakthrough visibility & member benefits based on a unique business proposition

6. Working with teams across the company on communication, acquisition, experience activation and service to deliver a world class experience.

Desired Skills: -

- Strategic thinking and ability to build strong partnerships

- Ability to collaborate with strong people management skills

- Manage ambiguity

- Excellent analytical abilities

- The candidate must demonstrate a sound experience in general management, product development, trade and consumer insights, copy strategy, ATL/BTL communication as also a sound understanding of his operating business environment.

- He should have strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ablity to think and operate strategically towards taking effective business decisions.

Experience:

- Atleast 3+ years of experience in mainline FMCG/Beverage/service company working in the brand role.

- Person with over 3 years of experience in advertising agency with the relevant skill set may also apply.

- He should have handled a team of direct reports as well as applicable external agencies on a day to day basis.
