JOB PROFILE:
The Brand Manager will be leading the branding and marketing initiatives for the organization in creating a strong brand recall in the consumer's mind by building a community to incentivize trials and repeats to begin with. There is a need to create a distinct content distribution and visibility to help create a distinct brand.
The role is expected to understand the consumer mind-set in the ready-to eat category and create strategy to attract more people to see value in the product. As the organization launches more categories, this role would need to create distinct brands and separate strategies for each product-line. The role would be expected to visualize the benefits of strategic partnerships in specific areas and ensure smooth closure of the alliances in conjunction with the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Design - Brand-building with a very strong focus on design as look and feel would be a key aspect of this business.
- Communication Marketing.
- BTL through retail experiences and events
Desired Skills & Expertise:
- 3-6 years experience in FMCG industry or leading Brand Marketing for Consumer facing brand
- Strong academic background
- Experience across digital media and personally savvy with social media and mobile platforms
