- Assist in Designing the Brand Pipeline with variant mix and NPDs
- Focus on BTL activation for the brand
- Design and Conduct Sampling and Events for the brand
- Manage Brand spends to deliver a positive growth and bottom line for the Brand
- Develop and implement 360 marketing program in guidance of the Sr. Brand Manager
- Assist cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing program roll outs, including ideation, testing, financial measurement, and operational impact.
- Conceptualize, design and implement campaigns focused on target markets.
- Responsible for Brand Image and Brand Visibility through BLT Activation
- Monitor core product performance, including competitive environment & consumer trends
- Complete communication requirements of the brands
- Design and implement market research studies
- Analyze, assess, and communicate findings that are directly linked to business strategy
- Should be able to control and execute parameters for brand activation
