Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into marketing initiatives.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to optimize brand positioning.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead a team of specialists, including social media and public relations professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that empowers team members.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, facilitating their professional development.

Social Media Management:

- Oversee the development and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Analyze social media data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay informed about evolving social media trends and platforms to optimize brand strategy.

Public Relations:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage and increase brand visibility.

- Manage media inquiries and respond to brand-related concerns effectively.

Brand Communication:

- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all brand touchpoints, including marketing materials, social media content, and public relations activities.

- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop impactful brand assets and communication materials.

Budget Management:

- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess budget performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management within the beauty, personal care, or wellness industry.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
