Brand Manager
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven work experience in Brand for about 8-10years
- Experience in Makeup/Skincare or any FMCG brand preferred
- Understanding of consumer needs and behavior
- Stroanalytical ability - analyze data, develop insights, etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results
- Have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions
- Budget management skills
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of professionals in the brand team across design, content, social media, content studio, etc
- Do budget allocation, influencer marketing, and social media planning across channels (D2C, Market Places,etc)
- Accelerate Brand Awareness through excellent marketing execution, both online and offline
- Lead creative development, Big Idea thinking, to move awareness, consideration, and trials
- Launch NPDs with actionable marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
- Liaise across various functions and collaborate for day-to-day functioning and business growth
- Establish performance standards, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights through regular consumer research
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies and look for opportunities in the market
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
