- Responsible for Brand building, equity, trials & loyalty of the assigned brand/s
- Development & execution of future extension pipeline
- Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand
- Develop Marketing programs to drive brand to max potential
- Consumer Insighting for brand strategy & innovation
- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand
- Lead communication development on the brand including digital content and platform marketing
- Close interaction with sales and channel teams to drive brand growth through effective channel marketing initiatives
- E-comm Range & Performance Marketing
- He/she will craft & launch a new range of premium products for ecommerce.
- He/she will be responsible for working with the creative & influencer agencies to craft compelling content concepts and a sound multi-touchpoint content strategy
Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute)
- Experience of 4 to 5 years in FMCG
- Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience
- Having Marketing experience in non food would be an added advantage
- 2 years of Sales experience
