Brand Manager - Baby Portfolio
Job Description : The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to meet brand requirements. They will lead and generate consumer insights, manage the communication strategy, monitor key brand parameters, and drive digital campaigns/activations. Additionally, they will generate consumer insights for new product development.
Key Stakeholders : Internal: R&D team, Analytics team, PR team External: Media, Trade Activation, Innovation, market research, customers
Reporting Structure : The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Category Manager.
Qualifications : MBA in Marketing (Premium Institute preferred) 2018-2021 Batch
Experience :
- 3-5 years of total work experience in the OTC/FMCG sector
- Exposure to NPD, activations, media planning, and digital campaigns
- Experience in consumer communications
- Analytical skills
- Leadership and planning ability
- Communication and presentation skills

Key Roles/Responsibilities :
Drive Key Business Agenda :
- Plan and deliver business objectives for the assigned brand(s).
- Plan and monitor monthly and annual BTL/ATL inputs.
- Regularly monitor key brand parameters and off-take trends for better planning.
- Achieve sales and collection targets brand-wise/product-wise in accordance with the business plan.
- Focus on achieving market share targets across branches in the respective zone.
Develop and implement Marketing plans :
- Develop and implement marketing plans that address brand requirements in the short and long term.
- Implement the communication strategy for the brand.
- Conceptualize and implement 360- marketing programs.
- Coordinate with agencies (advertisement, media, research, activation) for timely execution of tasks and ensure compliance and metrics.
- Drive digital campaigns/activations for the brand.
- Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning.
Generate Market Insights :
- Lead and generate MIS on assigned brand(s), category, competition, and trade to effectively manage the brand.
- Generate strong consumer insights for new product development and powerful brand communication.
- Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to understand brand performance and provide support to meet targets.
People Management and Development :
- Lead, recruit, grow, and retain high-caliber talent to build competent teams.
- Empower team members to contribute effectively
