KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (B2B role) :


Financial Deliverables : Volume Growth, Product Gross Margins, Annual Marketing Spends

Deliver New Growth Drivers :

- Develop understanding of brand's performance, category opportunities and equity drivers to deliver robust growth year on year

- Identification and delivery of incremental and scalable ideas to drive future growth

- Identifying new mediums and channels of branding and promotion.

- Work from ideation to launch of New Products to create further value on the portfolio.

Brand Management & Activation :

- Work on the marketing mix to continuously maintain competitive edge in the market

- Develop annual marketing plans & activity calendar.

- Ensuring the sales team receive the right and timely support for demand & visibility generation activities.

- Feeling the pulse of the market and suggest key activities to enable the brand move to the next level of sales.

- Be the brand custodian for developing all Packaging artworks & brand promotion material.

- Partner with sales team to recognize business matrices, dive deep on root causes & address relevant market opportunities/gaps through innovative marketing programs

- Work closely with cross functional teams in delivering both innovation and renovation projects for the brand on time and in full.

- Regularly connect with trade & consumers through field visits & consumer immersions to gain insights of market, competition & consumer.

Reporting & Tracking :

- Analysis of brand health across markets by constantly evaluating performance of brand activities against measurable objectives. This includes undertaking post evaluations and applying learnings, identifying solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness.

- Monitor marketing spends for the portfolio and maintain strict controls.

- Analyze performance of brand and category trends on regular basis and communicate to all stakeholders.

- Track competition activities and recommend appropriate responses
