A Brand Manager is a digital and marketing whiz, proclaimed creative, and content creator who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. You will be comfortable taking projects from creative brief to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while owning the identity of your brand. The role will work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams to help concept and design marketing campaigns and associated content across multiple channels and platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the marketing activities for the cityof_ brand. This includes a full range of activities, including but not limited to,

a. A monthly strategic plan that outlines activities for cityof_

b. Execution calendars that are in line with the monthly strategic plan such as a weekly social calendar, a newsletter calendar, an activity plan for events and activations, or collaboration partnerships.

c. A month-end report that outlines performance against each of the areas outlined below.

d. Schedule and manage all aspects of photoshoots in partnership with the Senior Art Director and the photography team.

e. Support the development of content including newsletters, website content, articles, blogs, social media content, advertising content, and sales materials.

f. Working closely with the design team and Brand Head to launch new product for cityof_.

g. Collaborate with the Design Team and Brand Head to ensure that product is displayed accurately on the website.

- Daily organization and reporting using our project management software, Asana so that each team member is accountable to each other.

- Collaboration within the framework of the Brand and Communications team so every member is working in sync against common goals.

- Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results. - Manage projects seamlessly from ideas to execution, within identified timelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of communication.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

- Extensive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media networks (YouTube, LinkedIn).

- Experience with launching social campaigns for restaurants, e-commerce brands, B2C brands, etc.

- Visually creative - an eye for what works and what doesn't. - Excellent writing skills and experience.
