POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is a B2B role. Own and manage the agency brand.&nbsp; Excellent opportunity to work very closely with a thinker doer CEO and make an effective and measurable contribution.&nbsp; Responsible for mining the market, positioning the agency amongst relevant audiences, help in new business development, profile the organization, deal with media. In return, you will get a ringside view of the business, learn best practices of B2B marketing, work directly with one of the finest minds in the business of brands, and interact with top leaders in a highly successful and wide global network. Will be a combination of an executive assistant and brand manager. HIRING PROFILE: - Must have 6-8 years in either advertising (account management and planning mix ideal) or brand consulting, in India.&nbsp; - Outstanding analytical, intellect, presentation and communication skills necessary to feed off a cerebral top management team.&nbsp; - Strong interest in B2B. Very good digital capabilities, especially in social.&nbsp; - Deeply familiar with the advertising and communications industry and its constituents - marketers, opinion leaders, influencers. - Should believe that communication agencies that help clients build brands so well, could do with building their own brand and thereby augment their business significantly.&nbsp; - Ideally a Mumbai based person. Or someone who has worked in Mumbai in the past and can relocate there.
