Job Title : Brand Manager
Location : Chennai (Guindy)
Work Schedule : 5 days work from office
Role Overview :
- As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
- You will analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure the alignment of the company's brand direction.
- The role requires proactive initiative and a strong understanding of P&L management, branding budgets, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management :
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on brand initiatives.
- Support creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action."
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
Multi-Channel Digital Marketing :
- Strategize and implement multi-channel marketing activations, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Set up and monitor Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Browser & App Push Notifications campaigns for different digital touchpoints and consumer journeys for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Create contextual and high-quality creatives for different channels and consumer segments.
- Develop and execute strategies to build the first-party email marketing list.
Agency Management :
- Manage the media agency and the digital creative agency ecosystem.
- Ensure objective setting and regular performance reviews.
- Manage reports and data analysis with all external stakeholders/agencies.
Qualifications :
- B.Tech plus MBA preferable.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, branding budgets, and market analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Proficiency in multi-channel digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external agencies.
