Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a research-based brand strategy.
- Analyze how Bhanzu is currently positioned in the market and identify the strengths and weaknesses in our current branding.
- Conduct consumer and market research to understand the needs and desires of our audience.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message and values.
- Refine the communication of our brand through all channels including website, social media, and other customer-facing platforms.
- Segment customer bases and tailor messaging to meet the diverse needs of different groups.
- Ensure brand alignment within all internal and external marketing efforts.
- Communicate the brand personality internally and foster a shared understanding of foundational brand ideas among all company employees.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in marketing.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent ability to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience conducting market research and using consumer data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to align multiple strategies and ideas.
