About the job:
Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing and GTM plans for new launch and existing brands
- Driving market shaping initiatives by focusing on execution of HCP (healthcare professional) education and promotion plans
- Formulation of Communication development for both Consumers and Healthcare practitioners in coordination with creative agencies
- Building strong Marketing programs to engage consumers/ HCPs effectively.
- Execute with help of cross functional teams.
- Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
- Responsible for driving, evaluation of newer indications/opportunities to expand and grow business
- Ensure complete compliance to OEC SOPs for IMF products.
- Including timely submission of completed documents
- Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers /Healthcare
- Practitioners to support Brand strategies and track Brand equity with consumers / HCPs
- Manage A&P & drive efficiency for better ROI
- Support and drive sales work in close partnership with Cross Functional teams to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner.
