Job description:
Reporting to the Franchise Head - Insights, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and take full accountability of a Global Program Team and provide strategic insights that shape/develop program/brand strategy and challenging current thinking
- Ensure integration of research, intelligence, analytics and intuition to generate insights that enable fact based decision making
- Guide the team in managing interdependencies between Franchises / Products related to indications including launch sequencing, strategy, commercial valuations
- Support key development decision points with commercial market opportunity assessment, positioning, segmentation for products in new indications
- Provide expertise and functional guidance to design and plan all facets to enable execution of market research, competitive intelligence and analytics
The ideal candidate:
- Must be an MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B-School. Candidates coming with an MBBS/BDA in addition to an MBA will be given preference
- Must have 7-10 years experience in strategic marketing in a leading pharmaceutical or should carry the relevant work experience in a healthcare consulting firm
- Have superior analytical skills, and the ability to effectively present and defend analyses
Proven leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects simultaneously
