Hiring Brand Lead for a Global Tech Startup headquartered in Singapore.

What you will own :

- Ideate, develop & execute brand objectives (qualitative & quantitative) driven by business requirements

- Define and build the brand value with consistent messaging and assets on all fronts - product, website collateral, creator and partner communications

- Plan and deliver multiple online/offline brand campaigns (ATL, BTL), product launches & brand placement throughout the year from planning stage all the way to delivery while working hand in hand with other cross-functional teams

- Leverage user insights and data to understand how best to engage with our core users, delight and surprise them by bringing those campaigns to life with innovative and creative work that cuts through

- Be the voice of the user - Understand user needs and pain points through one-on-one interactions directly with them or other business stakeholders and through data analytics

- Steer all brand marketing activities in line with OKRs and brand strategy - driving innovations, brand consistency and efficiency

- Set up strong relations with influencers, brand ambassadors, advertising, media & research agencies to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand(s) in keeping with the above identity.

- Take end to end ownership of brand initiatives including budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization

Are you an expert in these capabilities?

- Brand management experience of at least 7 years, with hands-on exposure in a similar role (Candidates from start-ups / tech industries will be preferred)

- MBA in Marketing / Post Graduation in relevant fields from Top Schools

- Data-savvy marketer, with very strong analytical skills

- Experience using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and other analytics tools

- Absolute ownership and accountability

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


- Self starter; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, deadline-driven and challenging environment

Are you Efficient and Effective at the following?

- Great to have demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail, consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically

- Experience in leading and cooperating closely with agencies and external creative teams

- Able to create visionary ideas while at the same time handle daily business

- Skilled communicator and relationship-builder who can convey ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; comfortable multi-tasking and taking the lead

- Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and comfortable with tight deadlines

- Open-minded, optimistic, can-do attitude, and want to have fun while working

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

- Critical problem solving & stakeholder management
