Brand Lead - Fintech Startup
Job Responsibility :
Brand custodian - ownership of the entire brand building piece
- Drive the brand to being top of mind and the preferred choice in the segment
- Understand business objectives, campaign requirements & introduce relevant campaign ideas, timely execution to drive downloads
- Leverage social media channels, build the Youtube channel, launch podcasts, influencer campaigns and introduce more ideas that will be a catalyst to build a community of brand lovers
- Identification & tightening of brand elements - image, identity, positioning, tagline, customer segmentation
- Own and drive ALL brand activities - planning, ideas and execution; create, manage - ATL, BTL, Digital, On-ground, internal/external
- Constantly collaborate with all internal teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all content platforms, communication (internal+external) pieces, campaigns etc.
- Proactively brainstorm with internal teams to add the brand perspective to initiatives across product, promotions, design, CX etc
- Develop a brand partnerships plan for the brand with external entities to further the brand building and business goals.
- Lead & manage the partnerships to ensure goals are met in timely manner
- Develop a good rapport with the internal design team to create world class brand campaigns
- Consistent secondary research for other brands in competitive or allied spaces - monthly updates to be given to the leadership team.
- PR agency management, ensuring timely execution and deliverables
- Stay updated on news, events and trends in the BFSI industry, Fintech start up space
- Track the social media, digital initiatives of competition and any other fintech brands in the space.
Must Have' Characteristics in the candidate :
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Creative bent of mind, imaginative, quick thinking, aware of current events and trends online and on social media
- Stays abreast with new brand building trends, tools & techniques in the digital space
- Should have led a 360 degree media campaign in the past, preferably in a startup environment or at least for a BFSI brand.
- Independent in thought; will bring new, unique and out of the box ideas to the table
- Enthusiastic about work and bringing in new ideas to fruition. Not dependent only on given structure/approach
- Self-motivated, self-driven
- High Grasping Power
- Excellent spoken & written English with an eye for detail
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in the fintech space/start-up ecosystem
