The company is led by a 4th generation entrepreneur in the spice business who is leveraging a robust supply chain built over four generations to provide innovative international flavors and pure whole and ground spices to Millennial and Gen Z Indian consumers.
Description
- The incumbent would be responsible for developing brand guidelines, developing & implement annual brand plans
- Executing ATL, BTL, digital campaigns across channels
- Build short and long-term effective strategies for the brand portfolio in line with overall marketing strategy of the organisation
- Digital 1st approach and direct to consumer marketing, ecommerce and performance marketing
Profile
A successful 'Lead - Brand' should have:
- Comes with 2+ years of experience in brand management, prior D2C experience would be highly preferred
- Hands on experience in handling ATL, BTL, Digital campaigns with limited budgets
- Strong work ethic
- 5 days WFO, Saturdays are WFH.
