Brand Lead for Community Sites Marketing
Brand Lead : Community Sites Marketing
- Looking for a marketing resource for institutional/foundation site monetization and marketing programme.
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders: sales , business development, strategy.
- Liaise with 3rd party Architectural team to get the wireframe / 3D images /Renders.
- Liaise with 3rd party design team to develop the Opportunity Document / Sales document (for all sites on sale block) including language edits / edits in plans (sector level indicative plans) etc.
- Conceptualize and drive the marketing plan and work with creative agencies to EDM for each selected site in consultation with sales team.
- Create a communication plan leveraging relevant mediums like WA based messages for each selected site in consultation with sales team.
- Manage online marketing for each selected site focusing primarily on B2B reach.
- Act as SPOC for all CP events / activities being planned for sale of institutional sites - manage costs / seek approvals / ensure successful event participation.
Experience: Brand managers in CPG/FMCG /FMCD with campaign management /media planning OR Agency Resources (creative side ) Experience in top Creative agencies like Ogilvy, Mccain ,FCB and alike
