Brand Lead: As a brand custodian, you will lead the brand narrative and thinking, especially related to customer insights and communications. You will be responsible for designing the elements of the brand experience and implementing them along with several teams, including Marketing (e.g., digital, influencer, offline), Product/Tech, Operations, Customer Delight. You will lead the communication development and multi-channel deployment for all customer-related communications. All in all, you will be responsible for articulating the - experience- and bringing it to life, along with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the brand strategy and positioning
- Develop the brand architecture for the product and service range
- Develop the marketing brief for all campaigns, and its products and services
- Conduct Consumer Immersions to understand triggers and barriers for all products and services
- Ideate on and create 360 campaigns for new launches, including brand visibility on traditional (e.g., web, offline) and non-traditional channels (e.g., influencer, referrals)
- Develop the social media and digital strategy for promotion of the brand
- Create and execute the activation strategy for the brand and all products (e.g., sampling, promotions)
- Work with the Product and Customer Experience teams to create consumer journeys from digital media channels to offline and B2B sales
- Work with Marketing (e.g., digital, influencer, offline), Product/Tech, Operations, Customer Delight and other teams to execute on the brand strategy (e.g., marketing design, campaign briefs)
- Develop and manage internal design team as well as external creative agencies
- Measure effectiveness of brand and impact on business goals
Basic qualifications
- 3-6 years of brand strategy and/or management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Postgraduate in Marketing/Advertising
- Experience in executing brand campaigns with a mix of digital, traditional offline and BTL experience and demonstrated creative excellence
- Prior experience in Brand Planning with advertising agencies would be a plus
- A great passion for consumers and consumer experiences, with a dependable ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to form brand strategy, product innovation and customer experience modules
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple brands/categories simultaneously
- A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred qualifications :
- MBA is desired but not mandatory
- Experience with challenger brands, direct-to-consumer brands, e-commerce
- Start-up experience
- Outstanding attention to detail
